Mrs. AP Cleaning LLC (“Mrs. AP”, “we”, “us”) protects the personal and business information entrusted to us. This policy describes information collected through our website, internal systems, the Mrs. AP Cleaning Academy Panel, and authorized financial reconciliation tools.

Information we collect and why

We collect contact information submitted through our website and operational information needed to provide cleaning services and manage authorized users, schedules, payroll, and company finances. We use it to respond to requests, deliver services, operate the business, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Bank data and Plaid

When enabled, our internal finance team may use Plaid to connect a company-controlled Bank of America account for read-only payment reconciliation. We use transaction details only to identify and reconcile business payments. Plaid credentials are never displayed in the browser and are removed when the connection is disconnected. We do not sell bank data or use it for advertising.

Google Drive data and the Academy Panel

The Mrs. AP Cleaning Academy Panel is an internal workspace for authorized company users to manage training and operational documents. When an authorized user connects a Google account, the panel accesses Google Drive data only after that user grants permission through Google.

We request only the Google Drive permissions needed for the feature the user is using. Google Drive data is used solely to display, organize, create, update, or manage the documents and files needed for Mrs. AP Cleaning’s internal training and operations. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to build advertising profiles.

Google Drive data is not shared with third parties except when necessary to operate the requested feature, comply with applicable law, or protect the security of our systems and users. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers acting on our behalf. Google user data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the feature, maintain security, or meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. Users may revoke the panel’s access at any time through their Google Account permissions.

Sharing and security

We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business, such as Google, Plaid, secure cloud hosting, authentication, communications, and accounting services, or when required by law. Access is limited to authorized personnel. We use encryption in transit, restricted access, and security monitoring appropriate to the information processed.

Retention and privacy requests

We retain financial reconciliation records, Plaid transaction records, and related audit events for seven years when needed for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations. Other information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described here. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us; we will delete information that is no longer needed or legally required to be retained.
